Glenn Lovelace
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lovelace has 28 years of progressive, diverse, senior management experience. His executive experience is in start up and fortune 100 companies. His functional experience spans general management; product development; product management; market and business development; strategic planning; sales; marketing; and IS. Glenn was an executive with Nortel Networks where he created the worlds largest and most successful telework program and had global responsibility for a $500 million business unit. He is also a co-inventor of call waiting on caller ID. He managed the design and launched a digital telephone portfolio that sold over $5 billion. He is an AT&T trained network engineer. He has founded three companies and served as an advisor or director of a dozen. Lovelace earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Public Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas with a major in marketing and minors in computer science and finance. He also earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business, with a concentration in technology development.

Sammy Reno
Vice President, Plant & Operations
Mr. Reno was first employed by Valley Telephone Cooperative Inc., in Wilcox, Arizona in December of 1973 as a construction helper. He held that position for two years before being promoted to Installation and Repair technician. After four years in I&R, Mr. Reno was promoted to Central Office and Network Technician where his principle duties were to over see the installation of new sites and technologies and the maintenance of 8 step offices, microwave and T1 transmission facilities. Mr. Reno held that position with Valley Telephone until he took the same position with PVT in February in 1983 where he was responsible for the maintenance, installation and upgrade of all of PVT's central office and transmission facilities. He held that position for four years until he was promoted to Plant Superintendent where he was responsible for all plant activities including planning and overseeing the RUS construction projects. This position evolved into the Plant Manager position where he took on the responsibilities of overseeing of the budgeting, engineering, design and construction of all plant and network related activities. For the past four years Mr. Reno has held the position of Vice President of Plant Operations where he is responsible for all plant related activities from planning, budgeting, design, construction, long range planning and the guiding of plant activities for the CATV, CLEC and Coop operations. |
