Information & Requirements

• All slide information, free & paid slides, must be received two weeks prior to run date or rush fee will apply. Slides received after deadlines may not air.
• Non-Profit free listings are limited to the following text:
  • Function
  • Place
  • Time
  • Cost of Event
• Non-Profit free listings will run the week of the event, for a longer (or different) run date, a regular slide must be purchased.
• Slides will run only on specified date. If it is a free listing on the birthday or anniversary page, it will run only on date of birthday or anniversary.
• Photos may be included but limited to 2 photos per slide, a digital copy of the photo is preferred (e-mailed to channel16@pvt.com), photos can be scanned and inserted, however image quality is lost in that process. PVT, with the right of refusal, will determine appropriateness of all images.
• PVT will not run political slides, and has the right to decline to accept any slide request.
• All photos will be returned by mail after the slide has aired
• All purchased slides must be paid for prior to accepting information.
