Terms of Special Promotional Offers

These PVT Promotional Terms are in addition to all other Terms and Conditions listed above (Acceptable Use Policy, Fair Access Policy, Service Agreement and Equipment User Agreement). The following terms and conditions apply to all promotions and offers offered by Peñasco Valley Telecommunications (herein referred to as 'PVT').

1. During any promotion where an installation, set up or equipment fees are waived, you must continue the same level of service with PVT for the period of 1 year or other time frame stated in such promotion. If you cancel or downgrade service prior to your agreed committment, the customers is responsible for all charges that may have bee waived as a part of the promotion, including but not limited to; installation, equipment, set up, hourly rates and any other cost incurred to initiate service.
2. Promotions are only valid for the period as specified in the promotion offer and specific to targeted services and/or serivce area

Customers acceptance of promotional service, installation/monthly special pricing states your willingness to comply with the above stated terms. If customers does not wish to abide by stated terms, then customer will be responsible for all installation, set up, equipment and monthly costs at full market price.
