- Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (formerly Food Stamps)
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
You may qualify for Lifeline if your total household income is at or below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines; or if you, your dependent or your household receives government assistance. Lifeline is available on one telephone line per household and is nontransferable. Click here for more information on the PVT LITAP program, or to print the LITAP application.
