Cloudcroft Customers Receive Enhanced Services From PVT
PVT is proud to announce that effective November 2006 we will be expanding our services in Cloudcroft and Twin Forks. The cable TV options will be largely increased and we will begin offering high speed internet via our cable modem service. This transition will begin on November 1, 2006 and we anticipate it taking approximately one week to complete the upgrade. From now until that date any cable interruptions will be kept to a minimal, and our technicians will do a good portion of the upgrade between midnight and 2:00 AM, so that most customers will not be affected by an outage. Please bear with us during the transition.
Cloudcroft's current cable TV channels will be changing to include several new channels, and relocate some of the current channels. There are a few channels that are currently in the Basic package that will no longer be available in that package, however there are also 20 New channels that you will have access to in your basic package.
We will be issuing new cable boxes to our Digital Cable customers. If you are a Digital Cable customer please stop by our Mayhill office on or after October 24, 2006 to pick up your new box. It is imperative that you do so, otherwise your digital cable service will be unavailable using your current box when we initiate the switch over during the first week in November. With the network upgrade also comes an upgrade to equipment choices for receiving digital cable. We will be offering a Digital Video Recorder (DVR) in addition to the standard digital set top box. More information about our DVR is available here. If you are unable to travel to our Mayhill office to pick up your digital box, please call our office and we will schedule a service technician to deliver it.
PVT is excited to bring more channels and entertainment to Cloudcroft, and to offer true high speed internet to your area. Please don’t hesitate to contact our offices with any questions you may have, to upgrade your service, or to sign up for our new high speed cable internet. 800.505.4844 |
