PVT Security, LLC. highly values the dedication and trust that you have placed in us and appreciate your patronage. PVT has experienced many rewarding relationships with each and every one of our customers.
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible service, it is our pleasure to announce that we have enhanced this commitment by passing the ownership and management to Akisha Networks, Inc.
Going forward, Akisha Networks, Inc., will take over responsibility for responding to issues regarding your alarm system including service calls, invoicing and continued monitoring.
In the near future, Akisha Networks, Inc. may be reaching out to you to verify that your contact information and alarm monitoring agreement is current and accurate. This is to ensure that they can meet and exceed your expectations.
As PVT Security transitions your account to Akisha Networks, the December 2024 bill will be your final bill with PVT Security.  As of 1/1/2025 you will no longer be able to manage your account in the PVT Connect app or PVT’s online account portal.
